What is the shipping cost, and why you prefer EMS(express mail service)?
-EMS is China government run express service, cheaper than DHL,UPS, TNT or other international express company. the most important reason we recommend EMS is there is less potential customs duty, and we have a good discount from EMS.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
-For most items, we require MOQ 2 .
Could I use your photo for resell purpose, can you remove the watermark?
-Yes, we will send a disk including the photos without our watermark to new buyers.
Is OEM order acceptable?
-Yes, OEM order is welcomed.
-Original sample will be requested before confirming order.

Will you share my email address and other information with third party?
-Absolutely not.
Should I pay for customs duty if I import from your company?
-According our experiences, there is only around 3% of our customers paid duty if we ship by EMS(mostly are from North Europe nations like Norway and Finland). but we don't guarantee there is no customs duty since we don't know your costums policy.
-We will declare a low goods value to reduce your cost when you have to pay for customs duty. we can claim the amount upon your request.
